Legal information
Ordinance No. 59-107 of January 7, 1959, and Law No. 74-631 of July 5, 1974, prohibit the sale and offering of alcoholic beverages to minors and similar individuals. Therefore, by placing your Order Form, you acknowledge that you have the legal capacity to enter into this contract.
Article 01 – Purpose
These terms of sale aim to define the contractual relationship between the company FAMILLE RICCI SARL and the buyer, as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the online store at www.famillericci.com, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer. The purchase of a product through this site implies the buyer’s unconditional acceptance of these terms of sale. These terms of sale shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly agreed upon by FAMILLE RICCI SARL. FAMILLE RICCI SARL reserves the right to modify its terms of sale at any time. In such a case, the applicable conditions shall be those in effect on the date of the buyer’s order.
Article 02 – Characteristics of the products offered
The products are those listed on the website www.famillericci.com, subject to availability. Information regarding product availability is provided at the time of validation of the shopping cart. These pieces of information, directly from FAMILLE RICCI SARL’s stocks, may occasionally contain errors or modifications. In the event of a product’s unavailability after placing an order, FAMILLE RICCI SARL will inform you by email or mail and propose a refund or exchange solution. The products can then be exchanged or canceled and refunded. The catalog photographs are as faithful as possible, but may not guarantee a perfect resemblance to the product, particularly concerning colors. The buyer acknowledges being of legal drinking age and authorized by the legislation of their country to purchase products containing alcohol.
Article 03 – Prices
The prices displayed in the catalog are inclusive of VAT in euros. FAMILLE RICCI SARL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, provided that the price indicated in the catalog on the day of the order shall be the only one applicable to the buyer. The prices indicated do not include order processing, shipping, and delivery fees.
Article 04 – Geographical area
The online sale of the products presented on the website is reserved for buyers residing in FRANCE and EUROPE.
Article 05 – Orders
The buyer who wishes to purchase a product must:
- Fill in the identification form with all the requested information.
- Complete the online order form by providing all the references of the chosen products.
- Enter their discount code, if applicable.
- Validate the order after verifying it.
- Make the payment under the specified conditions.
- Confirm the order and payment. Order confirmation implies acceptance of these terms of sale, acknowledgment of having full knowledge of them, and waiver of relying on one’s own purchasing conditions or other conditions. All the provided data and the recorded confirmation shall serve as proof of the transaction. The confirmation shall constitute a signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
- All orders placed are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday.
Article 06 – Withdrawal
- The buyer, as a non-professional individual, has a withdrawal period of fourteen days from the delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, except for the return shipping costs (Art. L 121-20 of the French Consumer Code).
- The returned items must be intact, unopened, and in perfect condition. They must be returned in a condition that allows for their resale.
Article 07 – Payment methods
Secure E-TRANSACTION by Mollie using credit cards. The order will only be shipped to the buyer once the payment is credited to the seller’s account. This process may take a few days. We do not RECEIVE any data related to our customers’ credit cards during the payment process.
Article 08 – Deliveries
Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form, which can only be within the geographical area we serve. The standard shipping method is “Colissimo-suivi” with associated insurance. In case of non-delivery, no refund or reshipment can be claimed until the postal service declares the shipment as lost. In case of damage during transportation, a motivated complaint must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery. Delivery times are given for informational purposes only. In the event of non-delivery of the package due to reasons related to the recipient (Incomplete Delivery Address, Failure to Collect the Package from the Post Office within the 15-day period, or missing mention on the mailbox), the package will be resent by our services only after payment of the shipping cost in the form of a “Colissimo Suivi Contre Signature” service. The shipment will be made upon receipt of this payment. The exchange of any product declared, after the fact, damaged during transport without any reservations being made upon receipt of the package, cannot be handled.
Article 09 – Liability
The seller, in the online sales process, is only bound by an obligation of means; their liability cannot be engaged for damages resulting from the use of the Internet network such as data loss, intrusion, viruses, service interruption, or other unintentional problems. FAMILLE RICCI SARL cannot be held responsible for damages of any kind, whether material, immaterial, or physical, that could result from a malfunction or improper use of the marketed products. The same applies to any modifications to the products. FAMILLE RICCI SARL’s liability will, in any case, be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be invoked for simple errors or omissions that may have persisted despite all precautions taken in the presentation of the products.
Article 10 – Delivery Errors
Any delivery error or non-conformity must be reported no later than the first working day following the delivery. Beyond this period, any claim will be rejected. The claim must be made by email to:info@famillericci.com
Article 11 – PropriétIntellectual Property
All elements of the website www.famillericci.com are and remain the intellectual property and exclusive property of FAMILLE RICCI SARL. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use, in any capacity, even partially, elements of the website, whether they are software, visual, or sound. Any simple or hypertext link is strictly prohibited without written consent from FAMILLE RICCI SARL.
Article 12 – Personal Data
In accordance with the law on information technology, files, and freedoms of January 6, 1978, personal information concerning buyers may be subject to automated processing. FAMILLE RICCI SARL reserves the right to collect information about buyers, including the use of cookies, and, if desired, to transmit the collected information to business partners. Buyers can object to the disclosure of their contact information by notifying the company FAMILLE RICCI SARL. Similarly, users have the right to access and correct data concerning them, in accordance with the law of January 6, 1978.
Article 13 – Archiving
Evidence The company FAMILLE RICCI SARL will archive purchase orders and invoices on reliable and durable media, constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of Article 1348 of the Civil Code. The computerized records of FAMILLE RICCI SARL will be considered by the parties as evidence of communications, orders, payments, and transactions between the parties.
Article 14 – Dispute Resolution
These terms of online sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts at the seller’s registered office.

Product photos are not binding.
Article 16 – Les promotions
During promotions, discount vouchers, gift vouchers, and others cannot be combined unless specified.
