FLAVOUR PROFILE

A nose of almond biscuit and vanilla flan. In the mouth, lots of sweetness on the almonds, the spread and the crème brûlée. The finish is more concentrated, with woody bitters which balance the deliciousness of a beautiful crème caramel.
