FLAVOUR PROFILE

A nose focused on exotic fruits, spices, and precious wood.
On the palate, a tasting taking place in three main stages.
The attack focuses on a beautiful salad of ripe exotic fruit and tangy red fruits, then the aromatic profile takes us towards a style of old Guyanese rum where we find notes of precious wood and incense. With more freshness, slightly camphorated, subtle notes of fresh cane and lemon zest complete this heart of tasting.
The gourmet finish has notes of milk chocolate and Mocha.
A rum of great complexity which allows us to travel through different great styles of rum which are each very identifiable.
A great taste experience without getting lost.
