FLAVOUR PROFILE

A very seductive nose with a beautiful fruit salad, mixing tropical fruits and red fruits. Wood pulp and a little solvent complete this complex nose. In the mouth, what a treat! A nice fruity and tangy balance sets in, with mango and passion fruit, accompanied by a nice bitterness on the orange peel. Followed by citrus marmalade with a touch of honey, acacia and precious wood. The finish gives way to blackcurrant and very ripe melon, with a minty freshness that balances everything. A big slap.
