FLAVOUR PROFILE

On the nose, notes of sandalwood and bagasse give way to a cherry candy to finish with vine peach.
On the palate, a creamy texture with an aromatic balance that ranges from warm indulgence to lovely bitterness.
Dark chocolate, cocoa powder, nuts are enveloped in more vegetal and woody notes between bagasse and lightly heated oak with light crystals of brown sugar on the finish.
