FLAVOUR PROFILE

The nose is a medley of fruity and roasted notes. The palate, quite straightforward, takes us on a journey from cut grass to very dark chocolate notes, along with a range of more medicinal notes. The finish, more pastry-like, leaves hints of lightly burnt caramel, accompanied by toasted wood.
